Ulcer on the lip

April 11: Day one of the ulcer. First noticed it on the left side of my lower lip after waking up from my afternoon nap. Bruxism the culprit as usual I guess. Applied Soragel, a pain-relieving oral gel.
April 14: Day four. Ulcer bigger. The most painful today. Jaw muscle aches as I'm trying to keep my teeth from touching the ulcer. Always taking extreme care when eating food.
April 15: Day five. Ulcer seemingly the same size. Surprisingly less painful compared to yesterday. Applying oral gel is still quite painful.
April 16: Day six. Same size. Still less painful than day four but painful nonetheless.
April 18: Day eight. Ulcer finally appears to be healing. Applying oral gel is less painful.
April 19: Day nine. Ulcer a bit smaller. Applying oral gel no longer painful.
April 21: Day 11. Ulcer has almost fully healed. Now I think I have another ulcer on the right side of my tongue. FML.
April 22: Ulcer on tongue didn't happen after all. False alarm. Phew...

17 October 2019: A new ulcer. Left side of lower lip again but further left, under the first premolar, compared to the previous ulcer. FML indeed.
23 October: Day seven of the ulcer. Appears to finally be healing as it's not as painful as in previous days. Applying oral gel still stings, but before that it always stung like hell.
24 October: Day eight. Ulcer is getting smaller. Applying oral gel doesn't sting anymore. Still a bit of pain.
26 October: Day ten. Ulcer has almost healed.
